About Angus

Role, training & NDIS experience

Angus brings a strong background in coaching, health and fitness, with experience working with people across a wide range of abilities, backgrounds and individual needs.

His years of coaching have developed his ability to communicate effectively, build genuine relationships and adapt his approach to the person in front of him. These skills are central to the way Angus supports people with disability, creating an environment where participants feel comfortable, encouraged and involved in the decisions that affect them.

Angus supports participants across community engagement, social and recreational activities, health and wellbeing, and everyday routines. Whether it’s getting out into the community, trying a new activity, working towards a health goal or simply building greater confidence in everyday situations, his focus is on making support meaningful, enjoyable and individualised.

With his background in health and fitness, Angus can also support participants to become more active, develop healthy routines and build confidence with movement and physical activity. His approach is patient and practical, with an emphasis on helping each participant develop their skills, independence and confidence over time.

Angus believes support should be centred around the individual — their interests, their goals and what they want to achieve — while providing the encouragement and guidance needed to help them progress.
